Terms & Conditions

This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products (Products) listed on our website to you. These terms and conditions only apply if you are buying as a consumer.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products from our site. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You should print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

1. Information about us
radiocraft.uk.com is a site operated by Radiocraft Sonus Limited (we). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 476697 and with our registered office at 251-253 Cowbridge Road East, Canton, Cardiff, CF11 9TQ. Our VAT number is 133995541.

2. Our contract with you
When you place an order, you are offering to buy the product(s) from us and we will send you an order acknowledgement. However, your offer shall only be accepted by us once we have sent an order dispatch confirmation email and the goods have been dispatched by us. Only then shall a legally binding contract be formed between us. Until then we can decline to supply the goods – we will try to ensure that this never happens but we do however, reserve the right not to fulfill your order for any reason if, for example, we have made an error on the price or similar or we simply can't get hold of the model you need. In the event of these circumstances we will refund you any price you’ve paid to us.

3. Your status
By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:

you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
you are at least 18 years old;
you are resident in UK (mainland only); and
you are accessing our site the UK (mainland only).

4. Availability
We display our availability on the website and give you options on when you can have an item delivered. We do our best to make sure the availability information on our website is accurate but sometimes mistakes can be made. We will always endeavor to rectify any mistakes we make with stock availability to ensure that you as a customer are happy. 

5. Website information
We try to specify accurate dimensions for every product listed on our website. However, please be aware that the product dimensions do not include any protruding features such as controls and handles etc and product dimensions represent the casing of the product only. Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights and measurements quoted on the website are approximate only. Similarly, we've made every effort to display all product colours accurately. However we can't guarantee that the image displayed on your PC, laptop or mobile device will accurately reflect the true colour of the product delivered to you. Please also be aware that colours may differ between manufacturers. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that product specifications are correct on the website, due to continual product development through research & design, specifications may change without notice.

6. Prices
All the prices we display include VAT and exclude delivery and other services such as disconnection & disposal of your old product, or connection/installation.

7. Delivery
We offer a delivery service to the UK (mainland only). Unfortunately, we don't currently deliver Televisions or Home Appliances outside CF, NP or SA postcodes.


Delivery will either be made by our own delivery team (CF, NP or SA postcodes) or we use third party couriers.

Once we receive an order, we will send you an email confirmation of the order. Once the item is ready for dispatch, we will send a dispatch email confirmation. If we are using a third party courier this email that we send shall include details of your order's tracking information.

Some of the products we deliver are often big and heavy items to lift, so there will be certain occasions when they may be difficult to get it into your property. Narrow doorways, door handles, multiple steps, narrow corridors, radiators are all things that may hinder our ability to deliver an item in to your property; it is your responsibility to ensure access to your property and that the item you have ordered will actually fit into your home and subsequently the room or space that you wish it to go. In situations where we cannot gain access without damaging the product, we may be able to offer delivery to the nearest point possible i.e. your garage, so you can make arrangements to get the product in. If this is not possible and our engineers are concerned we may damage the product we will refuse delivery and offer a full refund.

8. Payment
You can pay with most credit or debit cards and we also accept PayPal. There are no extra charges for any card payments. If there are any problems with receiving payment we will let you know.

9. Remove & recycle
We offer a remove & recycle service to dispose of televisions or appliances when replacing your old item for new. If you are not using our installation service but would like us to remove & recycle your old item, please make sure it is completely disconnected from any electric, gas or plumbing connections. 

10. Installation
We offer an installation service for most of the products we sell, but we won't be able to connect your new items if:

Any electrical/plumbing supplies needed fail the delivery team's testing or are unsuitable. 
Any water supply needed cannot be isolated or is unsuitable.
Any drainage/waste facilities needed are unusable.
Mechanical adjustments are required to the item(s) to overcome such things as water pressure etc) Alterations to existing plumbing and electrical are required.

11. Our liability to you
Radiocraft employees strive to deliver great service to all our customers. Unfortunately sometimes things can go wrong and in such an event we will do what we can to make things right for you. If a circumstance arises where we are accountable for a mistake, we will make sure that we take full responsibility.

If, during the installation, process our team causes any accidental damage, we will repair this damage. However, we cannot repair any pre-existing faults or damage discovered during the installation process.

There are circumstances beyond our control though particularly with refrigeration appliances. Should an issue arise with a refrigeration appliance, due to a fault, we cannot accept responsibility for food loss but will attempt to recover any losses from the manufacturer that is responsible for the product. 

As we only supply products for domestic and private use, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or business opportunity.

Death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors. Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (title and quiet possession). Breach of the terms implied by sections 13, 14 and 15 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (description, satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and samples). Defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
